CPM Equestrian Pty Ltd is a property located on Lucas Road, Tamborine. The site was subject to Council Show Cause Notices for land use and unapproved structures. NCOB addressed the Show Cause Notice requirements via lodging a planning MCU development application (for a House, Managers/Workers House, Equestrian Activities and ancillary farm sheds), that was subsequently approved by Council. NCOB worked alongside the land owners to obtain require information and reports from associated contractors for traffic impact assessment, effluent design, drafting of building plans, vegetation assessment and bushfire design to ensure the owners assets and business had all the relevant approvals to successfully deliver a product well-suited to the area and demand. Our services included preliminary planning review, options assessment, prelodgement services, preparation and lodgement of a development application, project management of the process and following up Council with their timelines and requirements.
